In recent weeks, a number of external factors have continued to evolve, including changes in the global political and travel environment, which have had a material impact on international participation and overall engagement. These conditions have made it increasingly challenging to proceed in a way that would deliver a high-quality and inclusive event for all participants.
After careful consideration, and in light of these circumstances, the decision has been made to cancel the event."
