In recent weeks, several external factors have continued to develop, including changes in the global political and travel environment, which have significantly affected international participation and overall engagement. These conditions have made it increasingly difficult to proceed in a manner that would provide a high-quality and inclusive event for all participants.
After careful consideration, and given these circumstances, the decision has been made to cancel the event."
