The Board of Directors of SECAT, in its meeting on March 28, 2025, ratifies the proposal for the 2024 Thesis Award that was submitted to it by the designated Evaluation Committee. Both the Committee and the Board wish to congratulate all the candidates for the high quality of the theses submitted, as well as to note, due to their large number, the strength of high-level research in Catalysis in Spain, one of the objectives of our Society., thanking them for the work carried out and the interest shown in the call.
Considering the high quality and impact of the works submitted, it is resolved to grant an Award and also an honorable mention, awarded to the following individuals:

En la misma sesión de Junta de Gobierno de 28/03/2025, de entre las Tesis concurrentes a los premios SECAT de los años 2023 y 2024, y ratificando la propuesta de una comisión mixta de las de ambas ediciones, se designó la Tesis de Dª Marina Pinzón García as a SECAT candidate to compete for the awards “2025 EFCATS Best PhD Thesis Award”.
