The COSCE presents its analysis on investment in R+D+i in the General State Budget approved for 2014
José de Nó and José Molero, expert analysts, presented the report in Madrid today, March 5, together with the president of the Confederation, Carlos Andradas. It states that the resources allocated to R+D+i in the PGE are at 2005 levels in constant euros and that the scarcity of resources is not the only problem facing the Spanish research system, which faces structural and management problems such as the execution of budgets in previous years.
